Welcome to the Orca Fins Affiliate Program! By registering and participating as an affiliate, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before applying to or participating in the program.

1. Overview The Orca Fins Affiliate Program allows affiliates to earn commissions by promoting and selling Orca Fins, high-performance fins for twintip kitesurf boards, through unique affiliate links. These terms outline the responsibilities, rights, and expectations of both Orca Fins and affiliates.

2. Eligibility To participate in the Orca Fins Affiliate Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.

• Own and operate a website, social media account, or other marketing channel that complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our discretion.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities As an affiliate, you agree to:

• Promote Orca Fins using ethical and lawful practices.

• Use only the unique affiliate link provided to you for referrals.

• Ensure all marketing content, including advertisements, aligns with Orca Fins’ branding and values.

• Not engage in spamming, misleading advertising, or any fraudulent activity.

Affiliates are prohibited from:

• Making false claims about Orca Fins or its products.

• Engaging in any activities that could harm the reputation of Orca Fins.

• Offering discounts, rebates, or incentives not approved by Orca Fins.

4. Affiliate Link Usage Your unique affiliate link is used to track referrals. To ensure proper tracking, cookies will be used, and these will remain active for 360 days. Orca Fins is not responsible for untracked sales due to incorrect or omitted affiliate links.

5. Commissions and Payments

• Affiliates earn a commission on each sale made through their unique affiliate link.

• Commissions are calculated based on the net sales amount, excluding taxes, shipping, and refunds.

Orca Fins reserves the right to adjust commission rates with 30 days’ notice.

Upon termination, you will no longer have access to your affiliate account, and outstanding commissions may be forfeited at Orca Fins’ discretion.

7. Intellectual Property Orca Fins retains all rights to its trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property. Affiliates may only use such assets for promotional purposes as approved by Orca Fins. Unauthorized use may result in termination and legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability Orca Fins is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Affiliate Program.

• Loss of income or profits due to errors in tracking or delays in commission payments.

Participation is at your own risk.

9. Modifications Orca Fins reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from the Affiliate Program will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Netherlands.
